TradeScout appends visible corrections instead of silently rewriting historical conclusions.
What is corrected
Factual errors, source attribution errors, calculation mistakes, incorrect timestamps, contract identifiers, and material omissions receive a dated correction.
What the record shows
The correction stores the original value, corrected value, reason, author, approval, and timestamp. If the correction changes a score, status, entry, or result, the public What Changed? timeline reflects it.
What is not rewritten
A thesis changing because of new information is a recommendation update, not a correction. Losing outcomes, missed entries, stops, and invalidations remain in performance history.
