TradeScout provides general market research and educational information. Content is not individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TradeScout does not know a visitor's finances, goals, experience, time horizon, or risk tolerance.
Prices and execution
Prices may be delayed. A displayed price is not an executable quote, and users should verify the exact security or contract and current bid and ask with their brokerage before trading. A published trigger is not proof that any visitor received that price.
Stocks and options
Stocks and options can lose value. Long calls are leveraged, complex instruments and can lose 100% of the premium. Options require brokerage approval. TradeScout's default call-option plan is to sell before expiration, not to exercise.
Performance and opinions
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtests, simulations, and live publications are separated. Analyst ratings and TradeScout confidence labels are opinions based on current evidence, not probabilities or guarantees.
Conflicts and sponsorships
TradeScout may hold a covered position only when the holding is fully disclosed alongside the relevant research. Sponsored relationships must be labeled clearly and cannot alter the scoring rules or historical record.
