The public research experience does not require an account, advertising profile, or brokerage connection.
Public visitors
TradeScout does not ask public visitors for financial accounts, brokerage credentials, holdings, or risk profiles. Infrastructure logs may record standard request information needed for security and reliability.
Administrator data
Administrative access uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. Failed login attempts are logged. Credentials are stored only in deployment secrets and never in the repository.
Research data
Source URLs, retrieval timestamps, parser status, and public filing or release metadata are stored for auditability. TradeScout does not circumvent restricted sources to obtain personal data.
Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact channel published by the site owner. Do not send brokerage credentials or sensitive financial records.
