Every source has permission rules and a fallback.

No third-party market-data, financial, news, or AI API is required. Automated collection is allowlisted and disabled when permission is uncertain.

Access principles

TradeScout may use public SEC filings, government and regulatory pages, approved company investor-relations pages, permitted public market pages, licensed downloadable files, and owner-provided CSVs. It never bypasses a login, CAPTCHA, rate limit, paywall, or bot control.

Cboe delayed quote tables are manual-only. Their quote tables are not scraped. A contract can be published only from lawfully obtained, timestamped evidence such as an owner-provided licensed file or documented manual verification.
